Video #1 – Commercial Video

The first video is a commercial/messages video by a beauty product brand – Dove. It began with a man introduced himself as Gil Zamora, a FBI Trained Forensic Artist and former San Jose police officer. After that, he called several people one by one to sit on the sofa and then he asked them some general question about their face, but both the man and the people couldn’t see each other because there was something like a curtain between them. The man drew a face sketch based on what the people described about themselves

After Gil done sketched the people’s face, he asked them to leave and said thank you to them. Then the man called another people one by one and he asked them to describe the other people whom they just met. The man once again drew a face sketch based on what the people described about the other people.

Finally, He shown the result of the two different face sketch of the same people but from two different perspectives. The result was unbelievable different. The first result of the people who would described themselves was less beauty and kind of sad personalities than the other result from different perspective of people. The lesson that we could learn from this video is that we should be have more confidence and self-esteem about ourselves. Never let anyone tell you, you aren’t beautiful.

Video #2 – Forrest Gump

The second video is movie clip from the movie Forrest Gump played by Tom Hanks. The scene was when forrest and his girlfriend walked in the forest? Forrest walking in the forest? How fitting :D . 

Then there was a group of bully threw rocks at forrest. The girl told forrest to run from  them, but the bullies chased him by bike and not to mention that he was crippled and had leg braces on. So he couldn’t ran fast.

The bullies was getting closer to Forrest. Then magically, the leg braces on the Forrest leg was broken and his legs were no longer crippled. He even could ran very fast, fast enough to outrun the bullies. After that moment on his life, forrest always ran when he went somewhere.
